You Can Buy Peace of Mind (as far as your web site goes, anyhow)
If you're in need of help maintaining your site, registering or renewing domains, adding content, training a new staff member on your CMS, or any other sticky issue, this latest offering is for you.
To simplify maintenance for my clients, and make it cheaper, I've put together the following support contracts. All of the following contracts also include hosting and domain registration and management.

Terms:
- These can be used for content updates, bug fixes, phone training, etc.
- They don't cover new software or features (add a mailing list/forum/event calendar, etc.) but those are available, too.
- Unused incidents don't roll over, but you can upgrade at any time for the balance of the higher rate
- I will respond within 1 business day or it doesn't count against your total.
- Within the annual period of the contract, additional incidents are $100 instead of $150 each
My normal rate for a support incident outside a service contract is a flat $150, based on the fact that there's an average of 1-2 hours' work involved, and my hourly rate is $100. This assumes I built your site, and the code has not been changed by anyone else. If it has been, I will be happy try to fix it, but it's not covered in these contracts.
